FAQs

What documents are required for quotation/production?
Please provide detailed 2D drawings (including material, thickness, tolerance, etc.) or 3D model files.
How can we ensure the bending accuracy of complex sheet metal parts? Especially after multiple bends, cumulative errors are likely to occur.
We use high-precision CNC bending machines, coupled with professional bending software for simulation and programming. Our experienced operators effectively control the cumulative error of multiple bends by accurately calculating the bend springback, controlling the bending sequence, and using positioning tooling, ensuring that key dimensions meet the drawing requirements.
Sheet metal parts are prone to deformation after welding. How do you control this?
Welding distortion is a common challenge. We minimize and control welding distortion to ensure the smoothness of the finished product by combining various methods, including optimizing the welding process (such as using low current, segmented welding, and jump welding), using welding fixtures or platforms for rigid fixation, and post-weld correction (such as using shaping equipment).
Can you handle orders with special surface treatment requirements (such as specific color spraying, special electroplating)?
Yes. We have a network of surface treatment suppliers who can handle a variety of special needs, including specific color spraying (color card or Pantone number required), special functional plating (such as nickel, chrome, zinc-nickel alloy, etc.), and anodizing. We will coordinate outsourcing treatments based on your requirements.
Do you have the ability to laser cut thick plates (such as stainless steel >10mm)? What is the cutting quality and efficiency?
Yes, we are equipped with high-power laser cutting machines that can efficiently cut thick stainless steel plates (usually up to 20mm or even thicker, depending on the machine power and material), carbon steel plates, etc. The cut surface is smooth and flat, the heat-affected zone is small, and the precision is high, which can meet the most demanding cutting needs.
