What documents are required for quotation/production?
Please provide detailed 2D drawings (including material, thickness, tolerance, etc.) or 3D model files.
How can we ensure the bending accuracy of complex sheet metal parts? Especially after multiple bends, cumulative errors are likely to occur.
We use high-precision CNC bending machines, coupled with professional bending software for simulation and programming. We minimize and control welding distortion to ensure the smoothness of the finished product by combining various methods, including optimizing the welding process (such as using low current, segmented welding, and jump welding), using welding fixtures or platforms for rigid fixation, and post-weld correction (such as using shaping equipment).
